Upon successful completion of the online portion of the Level 1 or Level 2 Archery Instructor course with USA Archery, you may register for the In-Person Practical course offered at AJ Archery. See the USA Archery Certification Program details on their website to begin.
The following is a summary of information from the USA Archery website: “To register for an online Instructor or Coach Certification course, please follow these steps: Log onto usarchery.sport80.com and click Create Account on this page. Then click Courses and then choose the Online course - Level 1 or Level 2. Click Enter, read the course information, scroll down and click Next. Click Add New Entry. Click green Add button next to your name and then click Next. Proceed through the registration form and Checkout. To access the online course, return or log in to your Personal Account. In the menu of options under your Profile, scroll down and select Access USA Archery Education Hub. You will be automatically directed to the USA Archery Education Hub where you will complete your online course.”
After you complete the online portion you need to register for your preferred Practical Course, also on the USA Archery website. Access your Personal Account and choose the course on the course selection page. This must be done prior to 12am on the day before the course date. The course will automatically be closed by USA Archery at 12am preventing any additional registrations on the day of the course.
Prior to the Practical course at AJ Archery, you must pre-register and pay online on the AJ Archery website. Payment must be received prior to the course, which ensures your reservation. No walk-ins are permitted. Your confirmation is sent by email. Equipment is provided. Bring a water bottle. Upon arrival, the completion of a Liability Release is required prior to participation on the AJ Archery Range. You may arrive as early as 7:30am. You must be present the entire time specified for your course. Courses begin on time.
The In-Person Practical for the Level 1 Instructor course is 8am until about 12pm. You must be at least 15 years old to participate.
The In-Person Practical for the Level 2 Instructor course is 8am until about 5pm. There is a break for lunch at 12-1pm. Bring your own lunch. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
